Proposal ID Wiki

The knowledge management site for the Proposal ID system
A more intelligent way to design and create company documents

The Content owner/author role is responsible for ensuring the standard content to be inserted into a proposal or other official [CustomerName] document is correct, accurate, complete, suitable for insertion into the document and of high quality.

Whilst every document author has the ultimate responsibility of what is produced and presented to the customer in their document, not all authors will read and analyse every word that is prepared by someone else.

It is recommended that a content owner/author use the Proposal ID system to generate a dummy proposal or other document using their standard content whenever new content is created or existing content updated. That way, you can read your content as it will be read by the final audience and analyse and check it accordingly.

The Template owner/author role is responsible for the structure, layout and look and feel of each official [CustomerName] document.

Both of these roles are supported by the same set of Proposal ID system functions.
